Delaware Filing Process
Some of your clients who paid a lot in DE taxes might need to make installment payments this year. I am not sure about the threshold, might be $5k or more.
To check if any of your clients need to pay taxes follow below:
Go to www.corp.delaware.gov
Click on "services" -> ""Pay taxes"
Enter your Delaware file number and code from the box;
It will open a page and will show if there are any installment payments needed.
To find your company's DE number go to Delaware business search https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/ecorp/entitysearch/namesearch.aspx.
